20 jaar Atlantic Bridge
Zeer blij zijn we met de opkomst van vele vrienden uit het hele land die de moeite namen om naar Goes te komen om het werk van Atlantic Bridge van dichtbij te zien. Hoogtepunt van de dag waren de twintig verhalen van de afgelopen 20 jaar die niet alleen de bron en het hart van het werk lieten zien maar ook de veelzijdigheid en uitgestrektheid. Dat hart willen we niet alleen delen maar ook vermenigvuldigen. We hebben ambitieuze plannen om verder te bouwen aan een toekomst voor Atlantic Bridge in Europa. Daarvoor zoeken we een kerngroep van mensen die mee willen denken en doen om het werk te vermenigvuldigen. We noemen hen MULTIPLIERS. We komen voor het eerst bij elkaar op zaterdag 17 januari.
20 Years Atlantic Bridge
The 20th anniversary celebration took place in the Dutch town of GOES on Saturday November 29. It was a great time for old friends to get reacquainted as they viewed some of the historic AB moments of the past 20 years. The highlight of the day was the late afternoon "20 stories of the past 20 years" highlighted by way of video or personal testimony. "I didn't realize..." were often the first reactions of friends as they got reacquainted with the extended mission of Atlantic Bridge that now reaches from Minneapolis to Murska Sobota (Slovenia), from Atlanta to Antwerp and many places in between. And we are just getting started. The 20th anniversary will last a whole year and will end in the Philadelphia region of the USA on Saturday November 21. In the meantime we have the chance to focus on updating folks with our 20 year heritage and sharing the future vision with them.
