For three days they all stayed together in a retreat center in the Bohemian Paradise to make preparations and learn how to build bridges and break down walls. After the training weekend they entered the community to carry out various Bridgebuilding activities with local youth. To add to their experience they stayed in different guest homes with Czech families.

The idea of the Bridgebuilders ONE is that the young people themselves plan and execute the program. Their aim was to recruit youth for a Bridgebuilders Club as well as interest adults to join a Regional Support Team. The final event was a MeetPoint held at the end of the week when they present what they have learned and experienced to the local community.
